Terms and Conditions

1. BOOKING INFORMATION

 

Upon booking your party a *non-refundable £50 deposit is required to secure your party date and time, as soon as its cleared in the account, you will receive email confirmation along with a booking form. The remaining balance is to be settled in cleared funds 7 days before the party date. All payments must be paid by bank transfer into the provided bank account details, no cash is accepted before or on the day.

*The deposit is non-refundable, as each party is bespoke, the planning and preparation begins as soon as the deposit is in the account.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

​

If you decide to cancel the party 28 days or more from the party date, just the non-refundable deposit is retained, no further payment is required.

​

If you cancel the party 21 days or less till the party date 50% of the total party balance is required, as by this point, all the party preparation will have all been planned and other bookings turned away, so the reimbursement is to cover lost revenue. 

​

Every effort will be made to reschedule any parties that need to change dates and an alternative date found within a 3 month period.

3. SAFETY AND LIABILITY

​

Kellies Kids Parties is fully covered with public liability insurance, this is to protect, prevent against any damage to  personal equipment, props and costumes belonging to Kellies Kids Parties.

​

Please note Kellies Kids Parties does not accept any responsibility to any damage caused by children/adults/parents/guardians to the hired hall, venue, home and not limited to public areas inside and out hired for the party.

It is wholly the responsibility of the parent/guardian booking the party to ensure that no damage to the property or its fixtures, fittings and furnishings should occur and if it does it falls to them to resolve and reimburse.

It is the responsibility of the parents/guardian to observe, follow and comply with the hired halls/venues Health and Safety, Fire emergency procedures and regulations in place.

Safe evacuation is the responsibility of the parent/guardian booking the party and attending parents not Kellies Kids Parties.

By booking with a Kellies Kids Parties you accept to release us from any liability associated with any onsite accidents occurring during the party, it is down to the parents/guardians booking the party and the attending parents to ensure the childrens safety during the party.

4. CARE

​

Kellies Kids Parties is there to provide planned, fun filled party entertainment, all children attending the party are wholly the responsibility of the attending parents/guardians, making sure the children are safe throughout and do not exit or leave the premises without them at any point.

5. ALLERGENS.

​

It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian booking the party to provide Kellies Kids Parties with any information regarding allergens or intolerances for any of the children attending. During the party stickers, medals and sweet treats are handed out, the ingredients to the sweets are always brought to the party and gluten, dairy free and NO NUTS options are available as well as sweets suitable to vegetarians and vegans.

There is a question specified in the booking form, for any allergens to be made fully aware before the party, in the event a child has a reaction and has not informed Kellies Kids Parties of the allergen prior to the party, it is the responsibility of the parents/guardians booking the party not Kellies Kids Parties.

6. DAMAGE

​

Any damage to Kellies Kids Parties personal equipment, props or costumes, will be chargeable at an appropriate amount. Any missing items taken by a child during the party, is the responsibility of the parent/guardian booking the party to resolve by either locating and returning item/s or reimbursement for replacements.

7. GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

​

As of the 25th of May 2018 the EU have introduced new data protection regulations GDPR which gives individuals increased rights to control how their data is used, retained and who its passed onto. At Kellies Kids Parties, after your party, we keep your contact details securely and they are only used to support invoices/receipts of parties booked to support declaration of income to the HMRC for tax purposes, not used for any other purpose or passed on to any 2nd parties.
